Rayden Kaplan Casella is a Senior Portfolio Manager in the Inclusive Economy Lab. Rayden works on projects related to access to higher education and workforce development. She received her master’s degree in social sciences from The University of Chicago and her undergraduate degree from Occidental College, where she majored in sociology. She has worked as a classroom teacher both in the San Francisco Bay Area and in Chicago. More recently, Rayden has spent time researching sociological questions related to American religion and politics both at The University of Chicago and at Duke University.
