Marianne Bertrand is the Chris P. Dialynas Distinguished Service Professor of Economics at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and co-director of Chicago Booth’s Rustandy Center for Social Sector Innovation.
Bertrand is a research fellow at the National Bureau of Economic Research, the Center for Economic Policy Research, and The Institute for the Study of Labor. She is also on the board of directors for the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab. Her research, which covers labor economics, corporate finance, and development economics, has been published widely, and she has received several awards and honors.
