Adam Leader-Smith is a Research Analyst in the Inclusive Economy Lab, where his primary areas include college and career success and guaranteed basic income initiatives. Adam recently earned his M.P.P. from the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago, where he focused his studies on higher education policy and research methods. He received his B.A. from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, where he majored in Social Thought and Political Economy (STPEC).Prior to pursuing his graduate degree, Adam spent several years in Washington D.C., working first as a program associate on grant programs supporting libraries and archives, and then at Georgetown University coordinating faculty development and social justice education programs at the Center for New Designs in Learning and Scholarship (CNDLS).
