Panka Bencsik is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Crime Lab. Her research interests include the economics of crime, health, and mental health. Before joining the University of Chicago, she was a Fulbright Fellowship recipient, spending one year of her dissertation writing at the Brookings Institution in Washington, DC while completing her PhD at the University of Sussex, England.
