Nicole Gillespie is a public administration and program management professional who has led technology, research and training projects for 10 years.
Prior to joining Urban Labs, Nicole worked as the Director of Communications and Change Management for a data integration project in the Illinois Governor’s Office for Management and Budget, administering large public health grants. She also previously worked on policy analysis and budgeting under New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson.
Nicole holds a BA in political science from the University of Illinois at Urbana, and an MA in communications from the University of New Mexico.
