Nathan Weil is a Senior Research Analyst in the Crime and Education Labs. Nathan works on the evaluation of READI, a transitional jobs program providing cognitive behavioral therapy to men at the highest risk for gun violence in Chicago. He previously worked on evaluations of a number of youth-focused school and safety programs.

Prior to joining Urban Labs, Nathan worked at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA and co-founded a non-profit business to increase access to low-cost healthy foods in rural Vermont. Nathan holds a BA in Economics from Middlebury College.
