Lydia Jessup coordinates several evaluations of programs aimed at reducing youth violence in Chicago neighborhoods including Choose to Change, a wraparound and trauma-focused cognitive behavior therapy program, and Quiet Time, an in-school meditation program.

Lydia previously worked in both program implementation, coordinating a rural community health worker program in Peru’s Sacred Valley and in program evaluation at Innovations for Poverty Action in Lima, assisting with a field experiment on a mining conflict mitigation policy. She holds a BA in International Relations from Tufts University.
