Jamil Mirabito is a Project Associate in the Poverty Lab who graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in Social Policy and Economics. He works on a number of projects in the Postsecondary Education Portfolio aimed at creating social mobility for low-income, first-generation college students.

In his time at Northwestern, he served as Philanthropy chair of his fraternity and as a mentor for low-income, first generation students at Evanston Township High School through Northwestern’s Project Illuminate.
