Benjamin Feigenberg is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Illinois at Chicago.

His research employs experimental and quasi-experimental methods to examine policy-relevant topics in development and labor economics. In ongoing research, Feigenberg is investigating disparities in U.S. criminal justice adjudication, crime and job loss in Mexico, migration across the U.S.-Mexico border, and the link between educational opportunity and criminal behavior in the U.S. and Honduras.
